Each entry below notes the county so you can work out who reviews your plans. If your parcel sits outside every city limit, review moves to the county rather than a city building department.

What travels well across all of these, and what does not
The building itself is portable. A 60 by 100 shop with two 14-foot doors is the same building in Goshen as it is in Lowell. What is not portable is everything around it: the review process, the zoning, the stormwater requirements, the utility availability and the ground conditions. Two identical buildings on two parcels ten miles apart can differ substantially in total project cost for those reasons alone.
That is why the quote form asks for the project city and whether you control the site. Those two answers change the advice more than the building dimensions do.

Put the parcel address or the parcel number in the project notes field on the quote form and say you are unsure. Working that out is part of a useful response, and it is better to establish it now than after a schedule has been built around the wrong assumption.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it matter which county my parcel is in?
Because it determines who reviews your plans, what fees apply and how long review takes. Springdale itself spans both Washington and Benton counties, and the surrounding cities are split between them. Land outside any city limit is reviewed at the county level rather than by a city building department.
Do you quote projects outside these communities?
This site is focused on Springdale and the immediately surrounding area, because local review process and site conditions are a large part of what makes a quote useful. If your project is nearby but not listed, send it anyway and say where it is, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Is Bethel Heights still a separate city?
No. Bethel Heights was annexed into Springdale on August 21, 2020 following a vote in both cities. Property in that area is now inside Springdale, which is worth knowing if you are working from older maps or listings.
