Details that decide whether it works

Assembly choice matters less than the details around it. The places condensation and air leakage actually show up are the eave, the ridge, the base trim, around overhead door jambs, at wall to roof transitions, and wherever an insulated zone meets an uninsulated one. A specification that names an R-value but does not address those transitions is not a complete specification.

Why does an unheated building in Arkansas still need insulation?
