How information from a quote request is handled.
Information you submit
When you request a quote, we receive the contact and project information you enter. We may also receive basic technical information needed to protect the form, such as your IP address and browser type. If you allow optional source information, we also receive the page you first visited and where you came from.
How the information is used
We use this information to review your project, respond to your request, reduce spam and protect the form from abuse.
Form delivery
Quote requests are delivered privately. We do not publish, sell or place submitted information on a public mailing list.
Cookies and local storage
The quote form uses one necessary session cookie. A second, optional setting can remember how you first reached us during your visit.
Strictly necessary
A single session cookie is set when you load a page. It exists so the quote form can protect itself against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse. It holds no personal information, expires when you close the browser, and cannot be switched off without breaking the form. Your cookie choice itself is also remembered in local storage so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
Optional source information
If you allow it, your browser remembers the first page you visited and where you came from for the rest of that visit. If you send a quote request, that information is included with it. If you decline, it is not stored or sent and the form still works normally.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
Security
The form uses several safeguards to reduce spam and abuse. Do not submit passwords, payment card information or other highly sensitive information through the quote form.

Some pages link to official municipal permitting resources. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
